Rapidly changing demographics due to population aging have been attributed to an increase in dementia and related cognitive disorders across rural and urban geographic areas. SHC Consulting specializes in providing clients with expert consultation on best practices in dementia and geriatric care.

Our firm is confident in its ability to improve health outcomes and quality of care for dementia patients utilizing skilled nursing facilities, long-term care centers or home healthcare agencies. We work with physicians, providers, administrators, nursing staff and allied health caregivers to ensure they receive the training, advisement and guidance needed to be effective stewards of dementia care for seniors and other patients suffering from dementia.

For booked appointments, yes, you can go to the confirmation email and reschedule your appointment with 72 hours notice.

SHC Consulting provides most services remotely via preferred virtual platforms. However, should your company prefer to host in-person consulting, training or a related speaking engagement  – we would be happy to provide the services in-person for an additional charge.

The session will take place on Zoom, Teams or SKYPE at your choice. You will receive a meeting invite, calendar remainder and link to the scheduled Zoom the day you book your consultation.

We provide personalized consultation services that are driven by peer-reviewed research, industry best practices, and evidence-based solutions. All services are provided by our chief executive consultant, who is also a SME in all areas referenced on the website.

Initial intake consultations can vary between 15 to 60 minutes, depending on the agreed timeframe requested by the client. For longer more intense sessions, at the request of the client consultation sessions can range between 1 to 3 hours or be broken up into multiple sessions.

SCH Consulting offers various cost arrangements for interested clients. We may charge by the hour or on a flat fee arrangement depending on the needs of the client, the preferred method or the complexity of the project.

We currently accept payments through Paypal. Should you not have Paypal, we can elect other payment arrangements.

Depending on your consulting needs, we will be happy to accommodate your request for documents to be reviewed before, during or after your consulting session. There may be situations where documents may have to be reviewed in phases. We are here to ensure that your needs are met.
